Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Dig, level, and grade the job site to prepare for building.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on-site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires on the job.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines is a plus.
- Must have a valid ID and be authorized to work in the US.
