Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including demolition, excavation, and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform manual labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred).
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
