Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and staging construction materials on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations and setups.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely in accordance with company protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport materials to and from the site using company vehicles or equipment.
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions to ensure high-quality project execution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
