Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, concrete, or roofing duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all work meets quality control standards and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
