Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete pouring, and general site preparation.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and staging areas.
- Prepare surfaces and perform minor repairs under supervision.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work early mornings, overtime, and weekends as required.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
