Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow construction blueprints and site supervisor instructions
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades with material preparation and installation
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and reporting
- Participate in team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Availability for 40+ hour work week including weekends
