Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe by removing waste materials and tools after use.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to designated areas efficiently.
- Equipment Support: Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Assistance: Support carpenters, electricians, and other trades as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with a commitment to showing up on time and ready to work.
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
- Experience: Prior construction or landscaping experience is a plus, but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
