Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance.
- Follow project blueprints and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other tradespeople on-site.
- Support framing, drywall, or finishing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of construction safety regulations (OSHA).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience in skilled trades or general construction is a plus.
