Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on various construction sites, including residential and commercial projects.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Keep work sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in demolition and site preparation activities as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA guidelines preferred).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
