Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials to and from the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties, such as framing, concrete work, or demolition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and stock them properly.
- Perform basic site cleanup and preparation before, during, and after shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Must be physically fit with the stamina to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
