Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials to job sites efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup, digging, and preparation work as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and site instructions strictly.
- Transport heavy materials using hand trucks or forklifts where available.
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
