Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, framers, and electricians.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
