Responsibilities
- Operate heavy construction equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and bobcats safely and efficiently.
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, drywall installation, and general site cleanup.
- Mix concrete, mortar, or other materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and organize job sites to maintain safety standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure project progress.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
