Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, including removing debris and ensuring safety zones are clear.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints or instructions.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy loads.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions.
