Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and written or verbal instructions.
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste disposal as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and follow strict safety protocols.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
