Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks including digging, loading, and unloading construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with on-site operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts when certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Transport tools and materials to and from work areas efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on various job sites.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for dedicated candidates.
