Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including clearing debris and grading.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate hand and power tools under the direct supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Perform basic measurements and mark cutting lines on materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Help with concrete pouring, framing, or roofing tasks as directed.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and estimating.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
