Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties to ensure project milestones are met.
- Operate hand and power tools correctly and maintain them in good working order.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and cleaning work areas.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project status and needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, framing, or general labor is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Must be able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B) is preferred but not mandatory.
