Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper certification
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage waste disposal and site cleanup to meet environmental standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure project milestones are met
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL license or heavy equipment operation certification
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts consistently
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction blueprint reading
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Boston area
