Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Transport materials via carts, wheelbarrows, or small equipment
- Complete daily cleanup tasks and maintain organized work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with clear communication skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
