Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment per blueprints and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and implement effective solutions
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project completion
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and local electrical codes
- Perform system inspections and provide detailed reports to clients
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in Georgia
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
