Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople
- Maintain organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Complete daily time logs and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic construction tools and steel-toe boots
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience in commercial/residential construction
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
