Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general labor tasks, including hauling and mixing materials, as directed by site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and rugged terrain.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
