Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night shift protocols
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision and safety compliance
- Install structural components including rebar, scaffolding, and framing systems
- Perform site preparation and cleanup in accordance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 4 AM)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with blueprint interpretation
- Confined space certification preferred
