Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings per NEC standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and troubleshoot complex issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate with contractors on large projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and local building codes
- Conduct system inspections and provide detailed reports to clients
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 standards
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial controls preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
