Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits
- Adhere to all National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Document work orders and maintain accurate job records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety protocols and continuous learning
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to obtain required state licensing within 18 months
