Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by gathering tools, materials, and safety equipment.
- Organize work areas to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and storage.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Learn to interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. A strong desire to learn the trade is essential.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
