Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Perform system diagnostics using advanced testing equipment
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Mentor junior electricians and apprentices
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential/commercial electrical systems
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
