Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks with precision
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with tradespeople to meet project timelines
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
