Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with NEC and PA state regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct safety inspections and implement preventative maintenance protocols
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials for assigned projects
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Electrician Journeyman license required
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, wiring, and control systems
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training preferred
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex circuitry and power systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency call-outs
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
