Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagramsMaintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA standardsPerform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testingDocument work progress and complete daily reportsParticipate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skillsCollaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Colorado Springs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
