Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing emergencies (leaks, clogs, water heater failures) on weekends
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Perform pipefitting, fixture replacements, and drain cleaning services
- Provide accurate quotes and complete detailed service reports
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Represent Precision Plumbing with professionalism and integrity in customer homes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid NC Plumbing License or equivalent certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for weekend emergency scenarios
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection tools
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Background check and drug test clearance required
