Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Install and maintain wiring, fixtures, and electrical control systems
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on electrical components
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Document work orders and maintain project records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Central Ohio
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (paid for by company)
