Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in compliance with NEC and local codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and controls
- Diagnose faults using testing equipment and implement corrective solutions
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Document work orders and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Maryland Journeyman Electrician license
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and in diverse environments
- Strong problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with industrial or multi-family electrical systems preferred
