Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and appliances according to NEC codes.
- Perform basic electrical inspections, identify potential safety hazards, and report findings to supervisors.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a genuine willingness to learn the trade.
- No prior electrical experience is required; we provide all the training you need.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
