Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams under the guidance of mentors.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical components to ensure compliance with local safety codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport materials and tools to job sites and assist in inventory management.
- Operate power tools and electrical testing equipment safely.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn a lifelong trade.
