Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations using hand tools.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or certifications required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
