Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installing residential and commercial electrical wiring, fixtures, and devices.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Operate power tools, test meters, and electrical testing equipment safely and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to learn: No prior experience required, but a strong desire to enter the trade is essential.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must be able to commute to job sites across Miami-Dade County.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
- Work Ethic: Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for measurements and calculations.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background and drug screening test.
