Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, connecting conduits, and mounting outlets.
- Operate power tools and testing equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as directed.
- Document work completed and report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Basic math skills and the ability to understand measurements and specifications.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights (if applicable).
- Strong desire to learn the trade and become a certified Journeyman Electrician.
