What You Will Do:
Our apprentices play a vital role in our projects. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Prepare work areas by organizing tools, materials, and equipment.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, terminating connections, and mounting outlets.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required; we provide the training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and work hard.
- Basic math skills are a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb, and work in tight spaces.
