Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, including proper waste disposal and equipment storage.
- Provide excellent customer service, including on-site consultations and clear explanations of work performed.
- Assist in mentoring apprentice electricians when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Current OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
