Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
- Study and learn electrical codes, blueprints, and safety regulations under supervision.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, mounting outlets, and installing lighting fixtures.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress.
- Travel to job sites within the Charlotte metro area as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred; trade school certification is a plus but not required.
- No prior electrical experience is necessary; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
