Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including leak detection, fixture installation, and pipe repair.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and implement effective, cost-efficient solutions using modern diagnostic tools.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify potential problems before they become costly emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding job status and requirements.
- Manage and maintain company vehicles and tool inventory to ensure readiness for daily operations.
- Follow all local and state building codes and plumbing standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas State Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven commercial and residential plumbing experience.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as required.
- Up-to-date knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and blueprints.
