As an entry-level Electrician Apprentice, you will work alongside our master electricians to gain hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. We offer a competitive wage, full benefits package, and a clear path for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under direct supervision.
- Material Preparation: Transport, organize, and prepare tools, materials, and equipment for job sites.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in training sessions to learn blueprints, schematics, and wiring techniques.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying and resolving minor electrical issues under guidance.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and answer basic questions regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Prior manual labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Attitude: Strong willingness to learn, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Tools: Basic tool handling skills are helpful but training will be provided.
