Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Use hand and power tools, including multimeters, conduit benders, and wire strippers, safely and correctly.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards to the site supervisor immediately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level applicants.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
