Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project status.
- Handle tools and materials with care, maintaining a safe job site.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we are looking for eager, trainable candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and a commitment to safety.
- Physical stamina to work standing, kneeling, or crawling for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel within the Tucson metro area.
