Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by gathering materials and ensuring a clean, safe workspace.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including stripping, bending, and terminating conductors.
- Conduct routine inspections and safety checks on electrical equipment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
