Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Tools & Equipment: Properly utilize hand and power tools, including multimeters, conduit benders, and wire strippers, to perform job duties safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answer questions, and ensure job sites are left clean and organized.
- Code Adherence: Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; technical school certification is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Driver’s License: Valid, clean driver’s license required for travel to job sites.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of math and mechanical reasoning is helpful.
- Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and dedicated to learning the trade.
