Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Perform safety inspections and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Use hand and power tools properly under supervision
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train everyone from scratch!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Central Florida
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills and blueprint reading aptitude
- Pass background check and drug screening
