Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to ensure system efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and other tradespeople to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be willing to obtain an Electrician's license and complete apprenticeship training.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel across Charlotte, NC, and VA.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a genuine desire to learn the trade.
